Cater Care Retail operate Franchise brands at Brisbane Domestic Airport. We
are currently looking for staff to work at our Sushi Sushi outlets
Production staff are currently required for our fast-paced retail Sushi stores to
produce hand rolls and sushi packs.
Whilst applicants will be responsible for production of the many products on
our menu, skills required but not limited to include:
 Prior hospitality experience is a must but not necessary. If you have the
right attitude, we will teach you the skills.
 Prior Sushi experience – Sushi online and practical training is mandatory
part of your employment.
 Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure the satisfaction rating of
the guest experience.
 Great personal presentation and grooming is essential
 Occasional Cash Handling and POS operation knowledge is beneficial.
 FWHP and FSS – expired certificates can be renewed on the job
 Knife skills
The most important person in our business is the customer – ensuring the
product we sell satisfies every time.
Rates of pay to be discussed at interview.
Please note: All successful candidates will be required to undergo an ASIC
security check in order to be able to work at the airport, provide proof of COVID
vaccine and have working rights within Australia
