Due to growth, we are looking for recruiters to join our team in Brisbane.
We have a down to earth culture, no KPI's, flexible work environment with a friendly and supportive leadership team.
The Position
We are looking for recruiters who love to engage with candidates and deliver outcomes. You will be passionate about candidate engagement, candidate management, candidate care and someone who enjoys being part of a growing and supportive team.
Duties will include
Phone screening and interviewing candidates
Database and Talent search
Job advert writing
Candidate management
Database input
Reference checking
Supporting team members
General administration
About You
You will have a passion for recruitment and helping people achieve their career goals. You will enjoy being part of, and contributing to, a supportive and growing team.
No experience? ... No worries, all we look for are genuine people, with a great attitude and work ethic, we can provide the rest.
You will possess:
the ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone, via email and in person
a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
high level of attention to detail; and
time management skills and commitment.
