The Company
Our client is a specialized Waste Management service with grand plans to turn waste into energy and beyond. You'll be working in a family run business, and the resulting close-knit environment, for a business that is growing tremendously year-by-year.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate, full-time Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team, based out of our Willawong head office.
The successful applicant will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Prepare, process and review customer invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collate and distribute customer invoices and statements.
Communicate with customers regularly to ensure that their remittances are received on a timely basis.
Respond to customer enquiries, liaising with key parts of the business where required.
Provide timely updates on those customers that are not adhering to terms and where applicable recommend actions to be taken to Senior Management.

About you
1 Year minimum experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent customer service with strong communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Experience with Microsoft Excel
