CHEFS / COOKS NEEDED
We are located on a 600 acre farm - Ooraminna Station Homestead, 30km South of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory - We have a B&B, restaurant, event centre, campground and a busy season!
We are looking for 2 Chefs / Cooks capable of running our restaurant for between 10 and 100 guests - The Wild Horse Bar & Grill
❖ CHEF / COOK –Immediate start
Applicants must have :
•Excellent food safety.
•A passion for food
•4 years experience cooking in commercial kitchens
•Excellent English
•Be tidy, hospitable and able to work front of house and other areas of hospitality
•Computer skills for check-in and front desk and willing to assist in other areas of business
•A love of food and ability to cook modern Australian Cuisine
•Residency or working visa & a happy personality
• 2 x recent references
Accommodation, meals and living expenses negotiable
Ooraminna offers a separate staff quarters. Own room with shared facilities
We have people traveling to and from the station if you don’t have a car. We can collect you from Alice Springs

Ooraminna is a 600 acre cattle farm with accommodation and event venue 30km south of Alice Springs. Along with growing sustainable gardens and plans for eco-friendly cabins surrounds, we run horses, calves, goats, chickens and dogs. Work includes feeding, watering, caring, exercising and caring for animals, irrigation & gardening, general household and cleaning duties.
