Job Description
Paddy's Irish Pub in sunny Port Douglas is currently seeking a Duty Manager.
Paddy's is a busy bar and restaurant with a strong emphasis on customer service from a vibrant and experienced team. Located on the main street of the bustling town of Port Douglas, situated in the paradise that is tropical Far North Queensland.
The Ideal Candidate must present -
Leadership with strong hospitality and people management ability
Attention to detail
Effective time management skills
Ability to lead & motivate staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Troubleshooting ability and ability to make quick decisions
Flexible availability – including day, night & weekend
This is an exciting full-time opportunity in the heart of Port Douglas in a well-established, high-volume popular venue. The successful candidate will take a very hands-on approach in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
