The Role:

To be considered for this high profile customer facing role you will have or be able to demonstrate:
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and customer service skills !
Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Independently take carriage of client matters from beginning to end
- Coordination of Outbound and Inbound Inquiries
- Provide advice regarding energy-saving product matters
- Scheduling & coordinating appointments with technicians to handle
- Perform high-volume consultation which involves advising energy-saving strategies and opportunities
-Keeping up to date regarding any matters relating to the Victorian energy saving program.
- Reporting any work concerns and queries to the supervisor
-Responding to and resolving client matters & managing difficult cases or complaints effectively
-Documentation of all relevant information on the CRM to provide clear instruction for installers
