ROLE PURPOSE:
As an Aquatic Adventure Facilitator, you’ll be the face of our on-water experiences — ensuring every guest feels safe, supported, and stoked for their adventure. From kayak and SUP hires to corporate events and romantic picnics, every day brings something new.

POSITION OVERVIEW - You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional service to all guests — from casual hires to corporate groups and romantic setups. You’ll brief participants, lead fun and safe kayaking and SUP sessions, and make sure everyone leaves with a smile.

Operations & Safety
Keep our equipment, customers, and workplace safe by conducting checks, monitoring conditions, and following NSW Maritime and MKC safety procedures.

Administration & Sales
Manage bookings, payments, and enquiries across our digital systems, assist with waivers and cash-ups, and help share the MKC story through social media and marketing.

Team & Culture
Work collaboratively with your crew, support daily wharf operations, and help maintain our fun, professional, and positive team vibe.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Boat Licence and boating experience
- Confident on the water (kayak & SUP experience preferred)
- Positive, adaptable attitude and strong communication skills
- Working With Children Check
- Availability between 7am–8pm, weekdays and weekends

POSITION DETAILS:
- Casual role (approx. 5 days/week, seasonal)
- Paid under the relevant award rates
