JBS Australia’s Southern Division, headquartered in Melbourne, has the largest multi-species processing facility in Australia, processing beef, sheep, and goats. JBS Southern processing facilities have access to all major international markets, providing our livestock suppliers with a range of markets and brand opportunities.
If you have Lamb boning, slicing and/or knife hand skills/experience we are now hiring!
JBS Brooklyn, located 15 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD are currently seeking experienced skilled Lamb boners, slicers and knife hands.
About you:
Experience working with Lamb
Experience within the meat industry utilising knife skills
Must be able to work FULL TIME
Available to work on the AM shift
Available Monday to Friday
Have reliable transport
Have Q Fever Immunisation or be willing to undergo the process
Must be reliable, committed, punctual, willing to learn and have a positive attitude
