Job Description
Salt Village French Patissere, Kingscliff (Northern NSW on the border) is seeking to appoint two experienced hospitality all rounders with coffee experience.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service
Open and Close procedures for the shop including daily reconciliation and banking
Maintain hygiene standards of excellence with tables, chairs, floors, crockery, cutlery, glassware and food service
Sound problem solving skills and an ability to remain calm when under pressure
Report to shop manager, work collaboratively with Senior Pastrycook
Skills and experiences include and are not limited to:
Experience must include at least 1 year working in a quality service cafe
Top class barista skills - art not essential at all
Eye for detail and spirit to problem solve and fix it
Cleanliness, shop hygiene and stock presentation
Clear personal communication skills
Hard working and enthusiastic
Customer first attitude

The Toowong French Patisserie opened in June 1984. Salt Village French Patisserie (Kingscliff) opened in July 2017.
The French Patisserie supplies Brisbane and the northern NSW community with authentic French style pastry products. This business has been owned by the same family since 1998.
Our patisseries are retail shops and cafes.
