Cook/All Rounder & Barista/All Rounder for an immediate start!
Responsible skill set for food preparation, cooking, grilling, baking & ingredient selection.
Ability to follow hygienic food & beverage procedures
Flexible work roster including weekend work
Maintain a clean work environment throughout the cafe
Maintain a clean & presentable appearance
Continual pleasant & positive communication with all customers & co workers
Maintain a fun environment
Barista/All Rounder
Follow hygienic food & beverage procedures

Open & close procedures for cafe including daily reconciliation
Maintain a clean & presentable appearance

Ideally suit a Backpacker couple with Hospitality experience searching for lifestyle with work in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Bowral is 90 minutes from Sydney, 60 minutes from the South Coast and 1hr 45 minutes from Canberra.
Accommodation can be sought to the right applicant/applicants accepting a 12 month contract including 3 months rent paid.
