Job Description
FRESH MEATS is looking for member to join their production meat team:
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Cuts, trims, and prepares meat for sale to customers.
• Maintains the sharpness, cleanliness, and sterilization of knives and tools.
• Ensures preparation areas are kept clean.
• Closely follows all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Basic knife skills including sharpening
• Understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, applicable food handling and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to use knives, scales, and other implements safely and with precision.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to concentrate on a singular task
HOURS: MON-FRI 4am-2pm

Fresh Meats is a meat processor on the Sunshine Coast. We have 100 staff, processing Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken, Smallgoods and Seafood.
We have a red meat factory and a chicken factory.
We require staff for cutting and packing.
