JBS in Cobram is looking for a Site IT Technician to start in this full time role. This is a production focused position which involves maintaining current on floor production hardware as well as user Windows PC environments.



Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Monitor all daily facets of IT related issues throughout the Plant and office.
Complete IT tasks related to start up and shut down of the Plant and office.
Troubleshoot and rectify IT problems throughout the Plant and office.
Seek out and perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on Plant IT assets.
Any IT related tasks as directed by the Head Office IT Managers, the Plant Manager or Engineer


About you:

Highly developed time management skills including prioritising tasks.
High standard of computer literacy.
Previous experience working with varied IT hardware and software.
Demonstrated knowledge of IT operating systems.
Previous experience in a factory or process setting would be an advantage.
Experience in electronics and cabling would be an advantage.
Must have ability to work unsupervised.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A sense of urgency
