This role includes a variety of tasks from, unpacking, weighing, labelling, slicing, cleaning, pin-boning, scaling, filleting, cutting, shelling, grading & packaging a variety of fish & shellfish/crustacean species while complying with OH&S, HACCP Food Safety Requirements.

Skills and requirements:
- Min 2 years experience
- Be familiar with the safety, food safety, quality requirements.
- Working as a part of high performing team
- Reliable and have a good work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
