Job Description
Fresh Meats Seafood Department purchases local, northern and southern fish and prawns and sell to retail customers and restaurants
We seek a second in charge for our seafood department to prepare a seafood cabinet, serve customers and fillet fish. You must have a care for customers and an interest in learning the trade and value a tidy work place. Team work is essential.
If you have the interest, we will teach you the skill. Apprentices, juniors, deli managers butchers and chefs welcome. KNIFE SKILS ARE IDEAL.

9am-6pmSunday - Thursday.
