This job is NOT a paid Job , its not really a job , its exchange for a room and and sometimes food depending on circumstances .
Its a very nice secluded spot Evans head is 14 mins , byron about 40 -45 mins
only 4 /5 klms off hwy , I live by myself and sometimes require assistance advertising on various sites , groups such as Byron bay community board , Van life ,motorhome caravan etc . theres 8 kayaks for use and Camping takes place on my property so get a bit busy when theres holiday ,

The assistance is general property stuff , mainly picking up a bit after wind storms , gardening , planting cleaning etc ,,, nothing really back braking , just house and yard tasks mostly.

This is a exchange and not a paid position , Accom & food for general assistance on a 9 acre riverfront property in about 45 mins south of Byron bay at Broadwater and am advertising accommodation for a female on a very nice property in exchange for some light duties about the place ,, usually a bit of gardening , collecting fallen branches/sticks etc , gardening etc , there's lots of birdlfe/wildlife , about 8 kayaks for use mountain bikes and there are some nice walking tracks nearby , beach is about 4 klms away Evans head is 12 mins Ballina approx 25 mins , property is approx 5 klm's off the main hwy .
