Inside Sales Representative

The Company:

UV Guard is a leading manufacturer and distributor of UV water treatment systems across a wide range of industries.

We're looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our growing team, who will be responsible for generating new business leads and managing client accounts, with a focus on driving growth and building strong relationships across the account base:

Responsibilities:

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, LinkedIn/email campaigns etc.
● Strategic approach to each interaction - not a call centre environment!!
● Manage and grow existing client accounts, including providing exceptional customer service and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
● Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless sales process, from lead generation to installation and post-sale support.
● Ensure the CRM is up to date, ensuring sales activity and any potential opportunities are tracked effectively

The candidate:

● Looking for long term (3+ years) work in Australia.
● Ideally, a candidate with 6-12+ months of phone sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, or engineering background.
● Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
● Experience with CRM software, with the ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline.
● Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth.
● Opportunity to be sponsored depending on skills and experience in accordance with the department of home affairs.

On offer:
● $70,000 + Super + $85-120k OTE uncapped.
