Australia Career Pathways is an International recruitment firm based in Australia. We are currently looking for meat workers to join JBS Australia for upcoming roles.

JBS Australia’s Northern Division operates five strategically-placed processing facilities as well as five feedlots across Queensland and New South Wales, with access to an extensive network of quality cattle. Our network provides the ability to meet the specific demands of various market segments with an extensive range of grain-fed and pasture-fed products.

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity exists at JBS Australia, with either Boning or Slaughtering Skills (highly regarded). We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to providing an effective professional service.

The successful individual should be prepared to show leadership qualities and provide support across the business to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

We are looking for highly motivated people with their own transport as there is no public transport available.

Training can be organized if required.

Positions are full time with the potential to earn $54,000 (commensurate with experience & skill levels applied) or more with additional allowances.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Adhering to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality procedures
Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction
Good communications skills essential
Demonstrated integrity and good presentation
A professional work attitude
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Superior attendance
Performing general Slaughtering/Boning duties
High focus & attention to detail

About you:

Holds 417 Working holiday visa or 462 Work and holiday visa
Good communication skills
Able to work in team environment
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements.
Knifehand experience preferred
