Job Description
Guys Grooming will be celebrating it’s 16th birthday in March 2024. Our premium brand and luxurious environment complete with a Private Bar went through a Makeover in September 2022 and provides an Oasis for Men to enjoy our full service grooming experience.
Guys Grooming’s aim, is to deliver outstanding grooming services. To do this, we support Stylists and Barbers to achieve their best by providing a professional and respectful workplace.
Guys Grooming is a stable business, offering job security with Full time, Part time and Casual roles available and Sponsorship options.
In return you will:
- Be part of a dynamic team of 17 professionals of the hair and beauty industry
- Work in Australia’s largest and most awarded Male Grooming venue
- Receive training on technique, product knowledge, sales training, customer service and much more
- Have a regular roster with any changes being notified well in advance
- Have a designated 40 minute lunch break every day without fail
- Be paid for 2.5 hours every week for pre-and post-shift set up and prep

- And of course, a Cert III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification
We negotiate your pay based upon experience, performance and provide a generous bonus system, all paid weekly.

Guys Grooming is a business that has been created for men so they can feel comfortable while having Hairdressing and Beauty services, in a masculine inspired environment. We have a bar and chill out room with 12 cutting stations, 5 basins and 7 treatment rooms. We also have a dedicated full time team of receptionists who manage all the bookings and payments to leave our stylist and beauty therapist free to deliver fantastic services.
We have just completed a salon makeover and our space is ready for new Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy team members who deliver great service and keen to work in a high end male salon.
We are a very unique concept in the hair and beauty industry and welcome everyone to our business.
Located in the Perth CBD we are accessible from all parts of the Perth metropolitan area.
