Part time Aupair role available early to mid October 2023 when kids go back to school for minimum 4 months (longer preferred)

Broome is a coastal, pearling and tourist town in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, 2,240 km north of Perth. The urban population is estimated at 15,000. Broome is known for Cable Beach, and is a popular holiday hub and a gateway to the wild Kimberley region.

Looking for aupair Monday to Friday 2pm - 5pm. Some school holidays.

Mum works full time ‪Mon-Fri‬ and my Husband works 8 days on 6 days including some weekends. 2 boys aged 8 and 7 in and 1 girl aged 5 all in school.

Au pair will be responsible for care of children whilst mum is at work and they are at home, including providing active play. Kids are at school Mon- Fri ‪8am until 2pm‬.
Care will usually consist of pick up after school and take to activities, doing arts and crafts, swimming in the pool, walking to the local park, taking them to kids activities etc. We have a pool so confidence around water is a must. Some light housekeeping required with respect to the children’s areas.
You will have evenings, Saturday’s and Sunday’s off to do as you please, any additional hours required outside of agreed hours will be paid additional.
Offering weekly allowance plus food, accommodation in a self-contained section of the house with its own entry consisting of bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and small living area. You must have a valid manual driver’s licence and we must be assured you are a safe and competent driver. You will also have access to a scooter that you can use after hours and a bicycle.
Access to the beach is approximately a 20 minute walk if you wanted to walk directly over the sand dunes for your own piece of beach, if you wanted to go to other areas it is about a 4min drive. There is a bus stop 2 blocks from our house. Must have experience with kids, be energetic and like the beach. If this might interest you and you would like to know more please contact me by PM
