P.J O'Brien's opened in 1999 and has been a busy destination for Food and liquor since. Looking after locals, tourists and backpackers, this venue caters for all. With its unique Irish fare mixed in with your typical pub grub with a twist its sure to please most people.
We are looking for a new head chef to lead the team into the future. This is a busy, fast paced kitchen which caters for the locals with a lunch and dinner menu and also caters for the backpackers with a smaller, cheaper menu. The right person must have similar experience in a similar role and capable of leading a small team.
Sponsorship available for the right candidate also with options of working within the company for other venues around Australia.
