Our Business

BMAS Biloela is a leading provider of new and used agricultural machinery and equipment to the rural sector in Central Queensland. The franchise has been highly successful and has grown rapidly, and provides sales and services including maintenance, repair services and a range of agricultural machines and equipment, trucks and light vehicles. Due to continued expansion, the business now requires a senior diesel mechanic/technician to assist develop our young team.

Role

BMAS Biloela requires an experienced Technician to assist with mentoring the next generation of mechanics. Our young team will gain invaluable experience while they do all the hard work under your supervision. BMAS service, repair and maintain a range of agricultural equipment and machinery, trucks, light vehicles and mowers. If you enjoy never being bored, enjoy training apprentices and working on a diverse range of equipment and machinery, this is a great role for you.

Requirements

This role requires the following:

Trade qualification

Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems

Background and experience working in agricultural machinery repair and servicing advantageous

Good diagnostic skills, able to spot problems and fix them effectively

Remuneration and Location

Above-average wages are available for skilled candidates. The role is located at Biloela in Central Queensland, which is just over an hour from the beach. BMAS offer flexible term contracts to fit in with your travel requirements.
