Hairdresser / Beauty Therapists

Our client is seeking to engage with Senior Hairdressers, Hairdressers and Beauty Therapists and someone who has a qualification and experience to do hot towel razor cuts, to join their innovative, progressive salon based in Shearwater, Tasmania.

The salon is about providing luxury, organic products to our clients and having the ability to offer beauty based services in the same location.

We are seeking suitably qualified stylists and beauticians. Do you consider yourself the best in your field, if so, we want to hear from you.

We would like to see a portfolio of your work, whether it be photos or social media.

What are we looking for?

Certificate 3 in hairdressing or the overseas equivalent / Suitable beautician qualification
Minimum 1-year experience in hairdressing
Profound knowledge of the colour wheel is vital
Ability to apply hair colour using a number of techniques
Ability to understand and advise clients on best-suited hair colour/tones
Impeccable grooming and impressive customer service skills
Excellent prioritisation skills and high attention to detail
Ability to multitask between different tasks at hand while working under pressure during busy periods
Stay ahead of hairdressing trends and continually striving to grow
