Smart Select is looking to hire Sales Representatives for our energy Client Sumo Energy. Sumo Energy wants to grow its customer base through door-to-door sales in NSW, QLD, and SA. Backpackers are welcome to apply!


The role, responsibilities, and what to expect:

B2B and Residential direct sales, managing your territory, appointments, cold calling & switching customers to Sumo Energy!
Work close to home, territory sectors allocated to suit our BDMs!
Monday–Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm
Product training & support provided
Top earners: $10,000 per month in commissions and bonuses
Regular team dinners and activities with your amazing team to celebrate your success!

What we are looking for:

An enthusiastic, positive, high-energy work ethic & attitude individual.

Determined to earn good money by talking to potential customers

Vehicle access & driver's license PREFERABLE but not essential
Previous experience in b2b, direct sales, retail &/or customer service is desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL
Driven to hit targets & motivated by generous performance payments
