Telsim – Merchandising Representative | Victoria

Chameleon are looking for 2x Merchandising Representatives / Merchandisers to join our TELSIM team in VIC!

You will be responsible for managing merchandising solutions, essentially putting up posters, planograms, counter displays and so on - promoting the new Telsim prepaid plans throughout Melbourne.

Telsim, backed by Telstra's Wholesale Network, offers Prepaid mobile plans based on a customer-centric approach, with an affordable and friendly package for visitors, business travellers, families and even transit passengers! Telsim also offers eSIM, VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling, 5G services making it stand out in the competitive market with latest technologies in the telecommunications.

• Monday – Friday 38hrs p/week
• $28.26 p/hr + $50 vehicle & telephone allowances p/week
• Start date: IMMEDIATELY
• Location: Metro Melbourne

Candidate Responsibilities:
• Visit/Merchandise/Educate retailer-store Managers about the Telesim plans
• Arrange merchandising to be put up in stores
• Install POS such as posters, stands, etc. and replenish stock if needed
• Take quality before and after photos of the merchandising installed
• Prepare daily reports including a worksheet, stats sheet and photos
• Work as a team to deliver exceptional customer service

Candidate should:
• Able to work from Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Have regular access to a reliable vehicle
• Know the areas/suburbs of your city very well
• Comfortable driving in metropolitan areas
• Able to approach businesses and build rapport
• Have a polite & helpful manner
• Have regular access to a computer (Laptop or PC)
• Have intermediate Microsoft office skills (Word/Excel)
• Have a smartphone for taking quality photos and using the latest Apps

There are no minimum academic qualifications required, although it would be helpful to have previous experience of B2B, D2D, customer service or merchandising.
