Position Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Site Supervisors / 2ICs to join our
team. This pivotal role involves supporting the Project Manager in overseeing on-site
activities, ensuring project success, and contributing to the growth and success of our
planting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Management: Supervise and coordinate on-site planting activities,
ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
Team Support: Assist in leading and motivating on-site teams, providing
guidance, support, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Resource Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to efficiently
allocate and manage on-site resources, including personnel, equipment, and
materials.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients on-site, addressing queries, and ensuring
a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring that
on-site operations adhere to industry regulations and safety standards.
Problem-Solving: Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and address
on-site challenges promptly, contributing to effective problem-solving and
decision-making.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project progress,
challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in planting/landscaping
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
