Job Description
Farm Club Australia are on the search for an experienced and capable barista to join our friendly team in Werai, NSW. Farm Club is a unique family-owned destination with products sourced straight from our farm, located near Moss Vale in the picturesque Southern Highlands. We operate from 8am to 4pm, with closure days being Monday and Tuesday.
We pride ourselves on great coffee and excellent pies, with an eye for customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position, and pay packages are negotiable upon experience.
A passion for coffee is a must, as well as strong barista skills. Dedication to our loyal customers is of utmost importance. You will need to be well presented, engaging and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a team. You will have experience running a front of house, as well as stock control & ordering.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume venue in a supervisory role is preferable. An RSA is a must. Accomodation packages available.
