Care Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide attentive care and support according to clients’ personalized care plans.
2. Assist clients in developing life skills and promoting their self-care abilities.
3. Meet clients’ needs in personal hygiene, such as assisting with bathing, dressing, and other daily activities.
4. Assist clients in managing and administering medication.
5. Actively participate in company-provided training courses to continuously enhance professional nursing skills.

Requirements:
1. Minimum English proficiency requirement of IELTS 6.0.
2. Completion of the latest influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations.
3. Police Check
4. Possess or willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
5. Possess or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
6. Possess or willing to obtain Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care.
7. Relevant experience in aged care is preferred.

Visa requirement:
If applicable, the visa condition allows you to work full-time, and a minimum commitment of 6 months of employment is required.
