Hospitality Allrounders

We're on the hunt for versatile individuals who can seamlessly transition between various roles and locations within our hospitality establishment. As part of our team, you'll be the cornerstone of our commitment to providing exceptional customer service in our hotel, restaurant, bar, brasserie, cafe and more.

Experience Required:

- Strong Customer Service Skills

- Barista Experience (preferred but not essential)

- Table Service Proficiency

- Wait Staff Expertise

- Working in a team environment


Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef.
Helps in the design of food and drink menu.
Produces high quality plates, including both design and taste.
Oversees and supervises kitchen staff.
Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition.
Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen’s performance.
Prepares food.
Schedules staff shifts.
Trains new employees.
Orders food supplies.
Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment.
Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen.
Sous Chef Skills / Qualifications:

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
Management skills
Familiarity with industry’s best practices

Sous Chef Education and Experience Requirements:

Year 12 Completion
Formal culinary training preferred but not essential

Hotel Room Operations Manager

Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Are you a culinary enthusiast with a flair for managing F&B operations? We're looking for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead 3 outlets and our dynamic team. If you have a passion for delivering exquisite dining experiences, ensuring quality service, this role is for you!

We are looking for:

Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Duty Manager is ideal
Industry knowledge of wines and beverages
Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture
Conference and Events background is desired
A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
Proven ability to liaise with internal and external management
Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
