We are seeking a skilled and passionate Café Cook to join our team. As a Café Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. From crafting mouthwatering breakfasts to satisfying lunches and delectable foods, you will contribute to creating memorable moments for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including breakfast dishes, with a focus on quality and presentation.
Ensure all food preparation and cooking adhere to health and safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment sanitation.
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any special dietary requirements or preferences.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook in a café or similar food service establishment.
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and quality under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
