MANAGEMENT TRAINEE DUTIES:
- Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training programs to gain a deep
understanding of the company's operations, processes, products, and services.
- Rotational Assignments: Assist with the organizing of promotional events, campaigns, and various
departments and functions within the organization through rotational assignments. This allows you to
gain exposure to different aspects of the business.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on projects and initiatives, fostering
teamwork and building effective communication skills.
- Project Management: Take part in / learn how to manage and coordinate projects and campaigns under the
guidance of experienced managers, learning how to plan, execute, and evaluate projects successfully.
- Customer Service: Understand the company's customer service standards and interact with customers to
address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- New Business Development: Assist in business activities, such as lead generation, customer acquisition,
and relationship building to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Problem Solving: Develop problem-solving skills by identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and
implementing strategies to overcome obstacles.
- Leadership Development: Cultivate leadership skills by observing and learning from experienced
managers, taking on leadership roles in smaller projects, and managing teams during specific
assignments.
