CARPENTER / BUILDER / ELECTRICIAN / PLUMBERS / MAINTENANCE / JOINERS
ONLY
38 Hours per week
$41.26 per hour casual rate inclusive of super
Accommodation available on site for $98 per week per person
QUALIFIES FOR VISA WAIVER

IF partners are physically capable of heavy continuous work such as painting then they may be considered at a rate of $35.96 per hour inclusive of superannuation providing they prove to be capable of being efficiently productive.
This is a concession we are offering to the trades qualified person in the relationship and not a job position we are actively seeking to fill.
ACCOMODATION
Optional accommodation on Regional sites only $98 per week bunk bed, dorm style.
Beds, Pillows, Mattresses, Linen and Towels are all less than 6 months old, and best quality.

Hammer, Hammer Drill, impact wrench, driver, Bits: Being Masonry, Metal, Wood. Drill, Spades, Cones. Saw, different blades, Angle Grinder, different blades.
Basic Tools Hammer, CrowBar, Pliers, needle/Square. Multi grips, Spanners, Sockets,
Clamps, Strings, Chisels, Routers. Hole saws.
Use of Nail gun, Staple gun, Saw, Angle Grinder
Different Fixings. Heads, diam, lengths, materials, thread type. Inc different thread lengths vs Shanks.
When and how to countersink, do pilot holes
Use of a Spirit Level
Nuts and Bolts, when to use springers, when to use washers, when to use Nylocks
Planing, when to use and how Power Planing Tools, Hand planing tools.
Different Wood types: Pine, vs TP, vs Hardwood. Structural Grades. Ply, marine Ply Samples of all the different types of wood.
When to predrill, and how to choose what diam
Different types of joins. Butt, Mitre, Sealing of joins.
Material types you are sealing: Metal, vs masonry, vs Wood, vs plastic, vs glass
Silicone vs PU, Performance requirements: UV, elasticity, Adhesion
Lay out and secure drop sheets(tape) Mask up non paint areas, appropriate masking material

Identify different cutting tools and accessories, for different tasks

Cutting material duplication techniques (5 or more of the same length)
