Ict Business Analyst

A new opportunity has come up for an experience Business Analyst. The Business Analysts will be required to work in conjunction with business areas to capture and document requirements and existing business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Development of enhanced business performance metrics, models and high-quality reports
• Assisting managers in interpreting and understanding business data to drive improved performance
• Support managers with developing business cases, pricing and stakeholder engagement models
• Responding to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from ExamWorks
• Development of improvement initiatives around management reporting and dashboarding, utilising a pragmatic analytical approach.
Successful Applicant will have:
• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Business or relevant
• Strong analytical and interpretative skills
• Innovative and creative thinking to problem solve operational obstacles
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent stakeholder support
• Previous experience developing dashboards and using business intelligence/analytics tools such as Microsoft BI and Adaptive Insights to support business decisions would be well favored, as would prior experience in the Health, Insurance or Professional services Industry.
