Job Description
Peaberrys Coffee Roasters have an opportunity in the coffee industry to apply your skills and knowledge and make an impact. The role of coffee roaster is full time with some early starts.
Our coffee roaster will have the follow experience:
Commercial coffee roasting.
A sound palette and knowledge of green coffee characteristics.
Roasting coffee on a range of roasting platforms large and small.
Modern data logging software.
Core duties as our coffee roaster:
Maintain production levels (roasting and blending)
Maintain and continue to improve our current coffee blends.
Set up and run all QC sessions.
Assist with green bean selection and stock levels.
Assist with maintenance and general love of our coffee roasting equipment.
Working with our team on selecting and roasting single origin specials for filter and espresso application.
