Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the purpose of this position is to develop a brand aligned marketing strategy and lead a team in the delivery of multi channel, innovative marketing initiatives.
To be successful you will need demonstrated experience, gained preferably within banking, leading the development and delivery of cohesive, strategic and brand appropriate marketing plans formulated to align with business goals. You will possess sound budgeting skills and the ability to invest appropriately to enable marketing innovation. In addition you will lead the development and implementation of digital marketing solutions, lead and monitor the creation of marketing content.
Naturally you will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to build effective relationships to C level and the ability to lead effective, cohesive teams.
