We are seeking enthusiastic, confident and highly experienced and motivated Chef to join our new kitchen team and to be a part of the next phase at Jolleys!

Jolleys Boathouse is an iconic Adelaide restaurant located 5 minutes from the CBD. Established over 30 years ago, set over two levels overlooking the River Torrens, we offer A la Carte dining for over 80 people, a private dining room as well as function capacity for 120 people.

As part of the kitchen team you will have a strong eye for detail and unlimited passion to assist the Head Chef in the smooth and successful operations of the kitchen, you will be expected to have a solid understanding of modern Australian cuisine and be able to take direction from senior team members.

Be comfortable organising a section within the kitchen
Exceptional organisational skills
Knowledge of modern Australian cuisine
Able to work evenings and weekends
