Bar Supervisor/tab

We are looking for vibrant and attentive food and beverage supervisors to join our team, supervisors with a career progression to a manager position.

The position of the supervisor is to Provide supervision to bar staff, and run the bar in absence of the Venue Manager.

Ensuring the responsible service of alcohol at all times
Exceptional customer service
Frontline brand ambassadors, reflecting the vision and reputation of the brand
Developing and ensuring repeat business by exceeding customer expectations
Accurately process all food and drink sales
Efficiently operate the point of sales ensuring all cash, Eftpos and bankcard payments are accurately reconciled at the end of each shift
Taking reservations including bookings for the bus
Unloading stock and assisting with stock management
Demonstrate proven sales abilities by add on sales
Work proactively to keep the venue clean, including bathrooms
Understand and abide by liquor licencing regulations
Effective time management skills to ensure all priorities are met by the end of each shift
Excellent communication skills ensuring that all pertinent information is channelled correctly to the appropriate party
Stock takes when required
Replenish stock in the fixtures in the check out area/retail area
Obey all of the rules and regulations relating to safety, security, fire precautions and personal appearance
Be proactive in participation in staff training
Back office administration as directed such as entering invoices, matching invoices
Monthly stock takes and weekly stocktakes
Counting and balancing of tills
Perform other duties as requested by your Manager
