Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Barista / cafe all rounder to join our team! This role would suit someone who is happy and flexible enough to work as a barista and as a cafe all rounder.
To succeed in this role you will have:
-Previous hospitality/café experience
-Available 3-4 days per week approx 20-25 hours
-Someone happy to serve customers over the counter and make coffee
-Previous experience in coffee making
-Passion for the service industry and an interest in food and coffee
-Can-do attitude is essential
-Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment
-Punctuality is essential
-Can work quickly and efficiently
-Well-presented & safety conscious
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Is happy to work as both barista and all rounder when required
-Some early morning starts (5.30 am)
-Saturday and Mid week availability
