At Hendriks, the role of our wait staff is critical. They are the first people that our customers see when they join us, so the impression they create at the beginning, during and at the end of the Hendriks experience is crucial.
The wait staff will be responsible for the tasks such as taking orders, recommending food and wine based on guests' tastes and preferences, delivering food to the tables promptly, accepting payments, and ultimately ensuring an outstanding guest experience is had at all times.
The wait staff need to be vigilant and always looking for tasks that they can do to enhance the guests’ experience and the reputation of the bar.
