Job Description
Searching for experienced candidates to join our driven and dynamic FOH team at Ferntree Rainforest Lodge in Cape Tribulation. The role requires passionate and self-motivated applicants who pride themselves on providing customers with exceptional customer service. The ideal applicant should have experience within the hospitality industry, have coffee making experience, food and wine knowledge and must be available to work on weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and special events.
If you have effective communication skills with customers, chefs and other staff members, work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the industry then this is the job for you!
Applicants considered for the role require the following attributes:
• Neat and tidy personal presentation
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Current Queensland RSA
• Barista skills ideal but not essential
• Outgoing, friendly and positive personality
• On-site accommodation provided if required
