The Role
We have the following positions in our Kitchen Team: – Chef de Partie – Commis Chef

You will be responsible for providing delicious meals according to menu for guests residing at the Resort. You will also liaise with front of house staff to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of daily services.

Skills & Experience – Previous experience in a similar role – A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is Essential – Excellent communication skills – Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously – Ability to prep and organise ahead of time – Current First Aid Certificate (desirable, but not essential) – HACCP experience essential, with a high emphasis on food hygiene

This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
