Job Description

We are currently looking for an Admissions Coordinator to support our sales and placements team and ensure our students get the best experience possible. The role is approx. 24 hrs per week and could suit a recent graduate or an experienced in administration roles. Flexible working hours offering a mix of work from home & office (Melbourne CBD) if needed.

The primary focus of the role is to ensure all students are admitted into the appropriate Readygrad training programme and are provided with ongoing administrative support for the duration of their course. An important part of this role is managing communication channels both internally and externally to meet expectations.

You are someone who prides yourself on your organisational skills and attention to detail.
You will need to have good system/IT skills and be familiar with MS Office 365. Exposure to other sales related systems would be an advantage but not essential.
