Job Description
We are currently seeking for a Accounts Officer to join a high performing accounting team and support a fast growing business in the renewable space.
As an accounts officer your task will include but not limited to.
Accounts Payable - invoice/credit notes entering, coding, allocations, filing, maintaining or set up new supplier details
Respond to AP related queries
Accounts Receivable - raising invoices as required
Corporate credit cards reconciliations
Supplier credit account application
Fortnightly Payrun (will be supported by senior staff)
Ad hoc reports
Requirements
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
Strong understanding and knowledge of the financial field
Degree/Diploma in Accounting
Previous experience in Payable/Payroll/Receivable will be desirable
Minimum 1 year experience in the role
