Job Title: Talent Coordinator

Job Type: Casual, paid by the hour.

Hours available: Hours are flexible across the week. You will need to be available some Saturdays per month and occasional Sundays.

About The Role
Join our busy and fun Talent Agency, representing acting and modeling talent across Australia! Bubblegum Casting is one of the longest running children's agencies in Australia, while Hunter Talent is our fast growing adult agency!
While we have heritage and legacy at our core, we operate like a high growth and fast pace startup, so it’s essential you are ready for that environment. You will be on the phone and on Zoom a lot! Flexible casual hours
These are some of the things you’ll be working across:
Daily communication with talent, parents, clients and our team
Processing new talent leads and calling to book suitable talent in for an interview,
Interviewing talent (either f2f or via video). Interviews are a consultative process, whereby you are helping the talent to learn more about us and the industry to understand if we are the right agency for them, as well as auditioning the talent and deciding if they are the right talent for us.
Calling and emailing to follow up with talent contracts and payments
Calling to officially welcome & onboard talent once they have signed with us, assisting them to book in for their photoshoot & onboarding session
Managing general enquiries, customer service and day to day admin tasks
Assist with coordinating and facilitating events, including open castings and photoshoots (note open castings may involve some travel to Sydney & Brisbane)
Assisting with talent audition calls when required
Staying up to date with industry changes and best practices, including staying in the know with the clients we work with and the type of work we get for our Talent.
Assisting our Managing Director and team with other projects as they arise!
Key Skills & Attributes for this role:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
You love kids, can get along with all kinds, but you can switch to adult mode and adapt your communication style as needed.
Ambitious and motivated by KPI targets, comfortable working autonomously while also being a team player
A thinker, not afraid to present new ideas, take ownership on something and see it through to the end
Take pride in the work you do, are extremely organised and have an obsession with the overall customer experience
An infectious enthusiasm and positive attitude!
Tenacious and resilient; able to think on your feet and respond well under pressure
Tech savvy and can use various office apps (we use Active Campaign CRM, ReAmaze, Zoom, Slack, Google Docs, Gmail, Ring Central)
Prior work experience across things like customer service, hospitality, retail, sales etc is advantageous.
