Festival Venue/campground Hunter Valley, General Labour,

Hi! Dashville is a 100 acre bushland venue and campground in the Hunter Valley, where we run a number of annual festivals and events.

I guess you could say its a bit like a permaculture farm, but we generally revolve around live music, with lots of other bits that make up a whole. It's our family property. Its a very nice relaxing and rustic place to live and work.

We are looking for an individual to assist with some site upgrades, such as paving, landscaping, maintenance, light construction. gardening, cleaning etc

There is hospitality work also available during smaller events in Feb/March/April leading up to the main festival which is called The Gum Ball Music and Arts Festival and it kicks off on the 18th April and runs for 5 days.

There is accommodation available at the venue, perfect if you have your own van/camper etc

There is work from now up until, during and after the festival for the right candidate.

There is also some volunteer positions around the festival for those interested in a more casual approach, free accommodation, combined meals, a bit of work as required, but much more relaxed and mainly to experience/enjoy the festival period.
