Come Join Our Festival Family!

Dashville is a regional festival venue and campground based in Hunter Valley NSW (2hrs north of Sydney) and we are looking for a few awesome people to join the festival team for our up coming events Thrashville and Dashville Skyline.
(And a few smaller ones in between)

The work is for immediate start, would be pretty various, highly rewarding, but generally involve manual labour, so applicants need to be relatively fit and capable. We pretty much do everything ourselves from staging to recycling, bars and pizza cafe. So be great to hear what skills you have!

Any role comes with onsite camp accommodation, and shared meals, facilities.

Note, this job will be an experience where you will meet lots of people and potentially move onto a new adventure after the festival pack down.

Each day in the lead up and pack down of the festival we provide 4hrs paid work, which you would be required to do minimum 8hrs per work day in order to cover accommodation and most living expenses, including meals, power, water etc. You’d be paid on invoice or wages as casual under the relevant award.

During the festival short volunteering shifts are desirable, though not compulsory. paid hospitality positions will exist at varying times during aol events and festivals.

We're hoping to meet some awesome individuals who will contribute to the creation of something that is truly unique. You will make and save some money living in bushland paradise, but the main reward for this role will be life long friendships and unforgettable memories.

Once the September and October events are completed, there is the potential opportunity for a longer term position for the right candidate, as we do other festivals and events throughout the summer into 2024.
