The role:
We are actively seeking out positive and energetic permanent sales consultants for our expanding business! A typical day in the life of a Cheap Bills Sales Consultant will consist of following: Contacting our freshly sourced warm leads and providing them with a comparison to bring down their utility costs – we do not cold call at all. With consistent support from the whole team at Cheap Bills, you will be provided with all the training, tools, and support you require to succeed and grow.
We’re looking for:
• Experience working in a team within a contact Centre environment
• Utility, telco, finance, or insurance backgrounds would be desirable
• Prior experience working towards KPI’s and a result focused mindset
• A keen eye for detail.
• Customer orientated and solutions focused.
• The ability to learn fast and multitask while navigating multiple systems.
• Shows initiative and a willingness to learn, grow, and progress.
