You will:
- manage our awesome team
- work in and oversee food and beverage operations
- make sure our customers have a fantastic experience while at the Hotel - whether it be a quick beer or a leisurely lunch…..and everything in between
- work with, and have exposure to the ‘business’ side of the pub - with rostering, financials, OH&S compliance - just to name a few
