Grounds Person Support

Immediate start required. We seek a male who is physically fit and able to support our park manager in grounds work. Including but not limited to gardening, painting, cleaning of amenities, emptying of bins and cleaning of bins, removal of cobwebs, stripping of cabins linens, confident with ride on mower, whipper snipper and basic hand tools. Reasonable English is required. Manual drivers license or ability to drive a manual. We are a holiday park located in north central Victoria. Rivers, waterfalls, rock climbing, mountain bike riding and snow fields in the winter months is what our town is known for located approximately 1 hour and 20 mins from Melbourne. We work in a fast past environment but offer flexible work hours and studio single persons accommodation as part of your package. We require someone Monday to Friday approximately 38 hours a week @ 28.00 per hour including accommodation paid fortnightly for a minimum of 5 weeks with the option to extend if agreeable starting as soon as possible. We do not supply meals. There are other employment opportunities in town if you don't want to spend your weekends exploring or returning to Melbourne. To reiterate, we have reduced the hourly rate to 28.00 per hour as we are providing single accommodation 7 days per week. We are effectively charging you 30.00 per day as the normal rate would be 32.00 per hour. If you have your own accommodation the full rate of 32.00 per hour will apply.
