Think Renewable is looking for a Solar Sales Closer. The role would involve engaging with warm leads, explaining the benefits of solar, and tailoring a system, products and experience to suit that customers’ needs and preferences.

Location: Sydney, Australia

Remuneration: $150k+ annual OTE

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize state-of-the-art design tools such as Pylon to develop efficient and compliant solar systems.
Tailor design proposals to individual customers, providing precise bill estimates and highlighting potential savings.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and customizing solutions according to specific needs.
Keep up to date with industry advancements and technologies to ensure our customers receive the highest quality solar solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in solar system design, with proficiency in Pylon.

A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to helping customers transition to solar while meeting sales targets.
Outstanding interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
