What are we looking for?
• Someone who can help the business grow by converting warm telephone enquiries into bookings
• Someone who can ensure any client support requests are resolved via email
• Great rapport builder, communicator and able to deal with pressure
• Excellent at organising and prioritising
• Efficient at a high volume of calls, emails and admin tasks
• Great telephone manner
• Someone with great attention to detail
• Proficient using Apple Mac, Gmail, Excel, Maps, Calendar
• Experience in this role or similar is a must
• 40+ hours per week – flexible according to increased responsibility
